This in-person Vision Fest event will be held on Friday, March 24, 2023 and start promptly at 5 PM EST.
Doors to the center will open by 4:45 PM EST to allow participants to get settled before our start time.

Location & Parking
We are located at 1018 N. George St. York, PA 17404. Street parking is typically plentiful in front of the HRart Center, and it's free. Easy parking is also available at St. Peter's Lutheran Church at 947 N. George St., which has a large parking lot across the street.
Food & Drink
Our evening in-person Vision Fest events include a selection of snacks, such as granola, fresh fruit, veggies, cookies, coffee, tea and water. Please feel free to bring any of your favorite snacks or drinks along with you to your session.
Supplies
All art supplies, aprons and canvases are provided to in-person participants.
If you have an item you would like to include on your canvas (i.e. pictures or sentimental materials) or a favorite tool to create your canvas, please bring them along. You may also provide your own medium to create on, there is no requirement to use our canvases. In the past, participants have brought journals, bulletin boards and their own custom size canvases.

What are your COVID protocols?
We highly encouraged masking for any individuals that are not fully vaccinated. Our center is equipped with air purifiers however we actively have no windows that open to encourage fresh air flow. If you will be uncomfortable in this type of environment you should consider participating in one of our virtual offerings.
Our In-Person Vision Fest events are open to a small number of participants to allow for social distancing. Increased sanitization practices are also in place to limit sharing of materials.

What if I am sick the day of the event?
If you do not feel well the day of your scheduled session, we encourage you to engage in rest. Simply, contact our center by phone at (717) 430-2850 or email at [email protected]. We will work with you to ensure you have the opportunity to participate in this beautiful reflective process.
What if there is bad or iffy weather?
Your safety is always our top priority, if weather appears to be a concern, please contact our center by phone at (717) 430-2850 or email at [email protected].
If we make the decision to cancel a session due to inclement weather, the announcement will be made 2-hours before the session start time. All participants will be emailed at the address they used for registration and an announcement will be posted on this page. Participants will be given the option to participate in an alternate in-person event, virtual session (with a prorated refund) or receive a full refund for their registration fee.
Can I get a refund?
We believe strongly in the power of this event and the path that led you to feel called to register. Therefore, refunds are considered on a case by case basis. Please contact the center directly to discuss.
