The HR Culture Collective (HRCC) is a unique membership group dedicated to the growth and development of Human Resource practitioners and people-centered leaders.

In-person and virtual members are welcome! 

Options to participate at the HRart Center in York, PA, join the virtual livestream & access the online replay make this membership group open to anyone regardless of location.

Learn to Heal Yourself
So much of our work is all about taking care of others, but as we all know, you can’t pour from an empty cup. The state of HR is in such dire need that we’ve been pouring from empty cups for months. HR is not immune to disengagement. In response, we’ve made the Spring season all about healing yourself, reshifting your values and building resilience.
Find Your Support
This program was born out of our community’s need for support, connection and genuine encouragement. Our work can often make us feel completely alone, but the HRCC is your once-a-month check-in with the people who’ve got your back and are growing in the same direction you are.
Learn to Heal Your People
The world continues to change at a rapid pace, and in order to care for and support the people in our workplaces, we should start thinking outside-the-box. That’s why the Fall season of programming is going to give you three, incredible new angles to approaching healing your people complete with actionable solutions that you can implement right away.
Have Online Access to Live Programming As Well As the Replay
Do you prefer to attend virtually, or perhaps it’s just hard to get out of the office some days to get to the HRart Center? We’ve got you covered. You’ll find access to the livestream programs as well as any of the replays on the HRart Center’s online hub.

Earn SHRM PDCs

8:00 to 8:30 AM // Socializing & Light Continental Breakfast

We’ll reserve the first half hour for connection and refreshments.

8:30 to 9:30 AM // Programming

Speakers will be live streamed into the HRart Center and projected for the group. Our speakers often present their topics using interactive activities and discussions which will all be coordinated with our in-person facilitator. Programming will also be available live via our online hub as well for those that can’t be present at the HRart Center.
The HRart Center is located at:
1018 N. George St. in York, PA.

Street parking is typically easy and free, though we do have access to the parking lot across the street as well at St. Peters Lutheran Church at: 947 N George St, York, PA 17404. 
Whether you attend in-person, view the livestream, or watch the replays; the HRart Center is offering SHRM PDCs for these programs.

Each attendee will receive a record of their participation and an activity code which they can use to earn their SHRM PDCs for each program.

Membership Options

An organizational discount is available for those interested in purchasing more than one membership. For each additional membership purchased, $100 will be discounted towards the total membership cost. The HRCC Advisory Council

The HR Advisory Council formed when a group of people-centered HR practitioners decided to create the community and growth opportunity that they were all craving. Working with the HRart Center, this Council manifested the HR Culture Collective. They now serve in providing feedback for the seasonal curriculum and membership logistics, as well as serve as ambassadors for the community.
